Angela Gartner has been the editor and content director at Northeast Ohio Parent Magazine since 2014. She has won local and national awards for her features, columns and photography over the years. Previously, she was the editor of community magazines at Hibu, Lake/Geauga/Akron Family magazines and an education reporter at The News-Herald. Her work has also appeared in publications such as Sun Newspapers and The Chicago Tribune. She is also a past president at the Cleveland Pro Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists and works as an adjunct communications professor at Cleveland State University. 




Don Detore is editor of Tire Business, a B2B trade publication owned by Crain Communications Inc. that covers the tire and automotive service industries. The publication has 33,000 subscribers, and several thousand digital subscribers, most of whom are tire dealers or employed at tire manufacturers.

Don joined Crain as a designer with sister publication Rubber & Plastics News in 2013. Later that year, he was named managing editor of the publication, and in 2017 was named editor of Tire Business. Don worked for 27 years at the Canton (Ohio) Repository, serving in several roles, including Sports Editor, Managing Editor and Executive Editor.

Frank Esposito has worked as a reporter for trade magazine Plastics News since 1997. Prior to Plastics News, he spent a total of four years with Suburban News Publications in Columbus and with the Medina County Gazette in Medina. During his career, he’s won awards from the Associated Press, the Cleveland Press Club and the Society of Professional Journalists.

In 2021, Esposito published Unified Theory, a collection of his writing on comic books, music, football and baseball. Some of these pieces had been published elsewhere.
